Returns Policy

Please choose carefully, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase.

Our returns policy is 30 days from the purchase date. After this we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with a receipt of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and supply us with the tracking number. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and the responsibility rests solely with the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the item for refund. If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 10 working days depending on your payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be offered a refund or replacement if your item is defective or damaged as per the criteria set out above.
